Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. There are raw sausage and ready to eat hotdogs not separately stored inside the same Igloo cooler. Operator moved the raw sausage to the cooler with the raw ground beef.

Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Operator began work and was unable to wash hands due to a lack of water. Water supply was restored and observed proper hand washing.
Establishment operating with no potable running water. Mobil food truck water tanks were empty. Operator refilled tanks during inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink was blocked with condiment tray. Operator removed.
