Triple sink reading 0ppm, sanitizer dispenser not pulling sanitizer, employees will manually addd sanitizer until dispenser can be fixed, manager called for service during inspection.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shells eggs stored over cream cheese in walk in cooler. Cream cheese with raw smoked salmon stored over cheese in walk in cooler.
Raw shell eggs cooked for immediate service not reaching a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds. eggs (134F - Cooking, rechecked 158F) food handler cooking raw eggs for breakfast sandwich on cook line, internal temperature for part of eggs only reached 134F, eggs placed back on grill and rechecked at 158F.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. butter (69F - Cold Holding) sitting out on counter at front line, per manager butter is left out to soften and used for sandwiches and has been sitting gout for less then 2 hours. half and half (47F - Cold Holding) at drink station in lobby by front door, per manager half and half stays at drink station for approximately 3 hours, then discarded. Manager placed butter and half and half on time control for safety.
