Observed at hot box pastry display at front counter; tequeno (114F - Hot Holding); beef empanada (121F - Hot Holding) As per operator for less than 3 hours. Operator turned off hot box to end sales of these products. As per operator, he will discard products.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed rear hand wash sink blocked by a cart and garbage can.
