As per the manager they receive the bananas and put them on the front counter, when a customer orders a banana spilt the banana is cut in half. I instructed the manager that they need to first wash the bananas before putting them on line. The cashier washed the bananas.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. The cashier inverted the mop.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed several plastic containers with different ice cream toppings not labeled at the front counter.
