Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In back kitchen walk-in cooler, raw shell eggs over ready-to-eat cheese dip. Operator discarded eggs.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Insect spray next to coffee filters, black pepper under back table in back of kitchen. In middle of kitchen, chemicals over plastic to go utensils. Operator removed. Spoke with operator regarding proper storage of chemicals to avoid potential contamination of foods, utensils.
