Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Operator washing dishes, rinsing under water, not sanitizing. Discussed with operator, proper manual dish washing. Operator sanitized dishes after proper sanitizer was provided.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Wiping cloths stored in hand wash sink, operator removed.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Kit expired 8/23
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator purchased approved sanitizer before end of inspection.
