Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed milk 60°F, shredded cheese 61°F on buffet line, per manager placed 2 hours ago, manager disposed of and replaced both items.
No handwash sink for employees. Observed that the only handwashing sink in food preparation area is not working at all. Only other hand wash sink is located in restrooms around the corner and down the hall. Employees have been washing hands in 3 compartment sink, per kitchen staff. Spoke with staff and front desk management who did not know why sink was not working. No sanitizer observed.
