Equipment in poor repair. Cooler underneath juice area in breakfast area with ice build up in back of cooler. Operator unplugged to defrost.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed apples with a sticker wrapped in plastic wrap in a basket on display on breakfast bar area. Employee stated the apples have been washed and the stickers placed back on the apples before wrapping in protective plastic. Discussed proper procedure with apples.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
