Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Hard boiled eggs in shell at improper cold holding temperature. Eggs were displayed on a plastic tray sitting on two partially thawed cold packs. It appeared there had been a lid on the container, which was broken/missing. Employee stated eggs were placed into service one hour prior. Employee placed ice around and on top of eggs to chill. hard boiled eggs in shell - ambient temperature (65F - Cold Holding)
