Employee moved cream cheese to reach in cooler. Whipped cream on buffet at 52F. Observed product halfway above chill line. Employee states placed on buffet approximately 3.5 hours prior. Employee moved whipped cream to reach in cooler. Inspector suggested holding both products on current time control written procedures.
