Open condiments provided for self-service not properly protected. Chocolate chips, brown sugar, raisins not protected from contamination. Need sneeze guard of hinged lids.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed food employee unblock hand washing station and shake inspectors hand then put gloves on without handwashing. Immediately discussed with employee and they washed hands and placed new gloves on.
Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed food contact container used to serve oatmeal on buffet washed and rinse but not sanitized before being placed back on buffet. Discussed with employee and employee set up sanitizer and sanitized all food contact containers.

Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Observed some unwrapped plastic knives presented blade first near hardboiled eggs on buffet. Discussed with person in charge, and food employee flipped knives making handles present up.
