Operator showed proof of new exam scheduled on 11/11/2025.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. A spatula stored in handwash sink at kitchen. Employee removed.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Operator couldn't locate the written procedure. Provided a new form by email.
