Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. Inside vehicle under triple sink, green garden hose used to connect water line.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee water bottle stored on cutting board in front of flip top cooler. Water bottle removed.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee cell phone on prep counter across from cooking equipment. Phone moved and stored correctly.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor under cooking equipment in vehicle. Wall around and behind cooking equipment in vehicle. Wall under triple sink in kitchen.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle service opening not kept closed except during food service. Back door open at beginning of inspection. Two front serving windows cannot be closed - windows are 3/4 coverings only.

Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple sink sanitizer tested 0ppm. Manager added more chlorine sanitizer. Retested 200ppm.

Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. Vehicle filled tank with black garden hose. Inside vehicle under triple sink, water lines connected with green garden hose.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing chemical cleaner stored on food rack with canned foods and above to go items. Bottle moved and stored correctly.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand washing sink has chemical bottle stored inside. Bottle removed.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. No license provided.
