Observed cook crack raw shell eggs on griddle and proceeded to open reach in freezer and grab sausage links without glove change or hand wash. Discussed with employee and they changed gloves washed hands.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting board on flip-top cooler soiled with food stains.
Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Floor tiles missing in center of kitchen. Debris collecting in void where tiles were. Water waste line for reach in cooler drains near void and can be kicked out of floor drain and fill void with water.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed cook line flip-top cooler and reach in cooler gaskets soiled with food and black/green mold like substance.
Waste line missing at soda gun holster. Soda gun holster missing for soda gun at front counter. Person in charge explained they had a hard time attaching holster to concrete counter top. Handy man was contracted to install and is in the process. Waste line drain has been installed for future holster.
