Observed sliced ham 47F, liquid eggs 63F, and ambient shelled eggs 52F cold holding on cart in dish/prep area at 11:00. Per manager just removed from cook line to be stored in walk in cooler. New temperature in walk in cooler at 11:50: ham 45F, liquid eggs 43F, ambient shelled eggs 38F.

Observed raw chicken tenders 54F and raw spicy chicken tenders 52F in reach in cooler next to fryer station at 10:30. Per manager out since 9:30 and cooler not plugged in. Manager plugged in cooler, new temperatures at 11:00: raw chicken tenders 51F and spicy raw chicken tenders 50F.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold-like substance surrounding soda machine nozzles in drive through area and accumulation of grease and soot on hood above broiler grill at cook line.
Reach-in freezer interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed accumulation of food debris on bottom shelf inside reach in freezer at fryer station.
