Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On the top of the bar cooler, butter packets (69F - Cold Holding). The packets were out of refrigerator for less than 1 hour. The butter was returned to the refrigerator to chill and cold hold.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At the front counter, the hand sink was obstructed by the recycling bag and an empty jug from chocolate syrup was stored in the sink. The items were moved to make the sink accessible.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Above the flat top grill, corned beef hash (104F - Hot Holding). The item has was reheated less than 1 hour ago. The item was returned to the refrigerator to chill and cold hold.
Food stored on floor. At the server station to the right of the kitchen, a case of ketchup packets was stored on the floor. The case was moved up.

Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cook line grill, cooked potatoes (105F - Hot Holding). The item was stored next to the grill in a bowl away from the heat. The potatoes were returned to the heat to be reheated to 165F to hot hold.
