Observed slice cheese and ham in walk-in cooler employee stated the commercial items listed above had been opened more than 24 hours prior, then proceeded to date items properly to meet standards of inspection.

Observed cut meat portioned meats and Papas Rellenas (stuffed mashed potato balls).Employee stated the above items had been prepare onsite more than 24 hours prior, and then proceeded to date items properly to meet standards of inspection.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a plastic food container with no handle used as a scoop for uncooked rice. The operator removed the plastic container from the rice.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed a box of plastic to go containers on the floor near the reach in freezers. The operator properly stored the single-service boxes.
Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. The operator discarded the mixture and filler with a quaternary solution at 200ppm.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
