Dishwasher (Temperature 137F) high temp dish machine in disrepair. Per manager they have a call into Ecolab for repair. Do not use the dish machine until all repairs are made. Sanitize dishes in the triple sink until the dish machine is functioning properly.

Food items both were over filled. Manager removed top portion of food from both pans and stored them in the reach in cooler to cool.
