Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee sitting at front counter, took order and payment then put gloves on to make ice cream order for customer without washing hands first.

Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. On bottom shelf of prep table to right when entering food truck, container of limes has old label on lid reading Fresa de Leche. Also, on same shelf container of sugar has old label on lid.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Outside of food truck, mop sitting in dirty mop water not allowing to dry out. Employee removed mop from water.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. On bottom shelf of prep table to right when entering truck, container of sugar not properly labeled.
