Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Calamari stored inside a plastic grocery style bag inside the black chest style freezer next to the flip top reach in cooler across from the cook line.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. A container of cracked eggs stored inside of a container of sliced onions in the top section of the large flip top reach in cooler across from the cook line. The eggs was removed.
