Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Temperature 200151F), operator will sanitize in the triple sink. operator adjusted the temperature, 159F.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the reach in cooler raw shell eggs are stored over cut melon. Operator discarded the raw shell eggs.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The hand washing sink by the triple sink is blocked by a ice bin and has a sanitizer bucket inside of it. Operator cleared the hand washing sink.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. There are employee water bottles inside a container holding rolls in the reach in freezer. Operator removed the employee water bottles.
