Halibut (45F - Cold Holding); Raw steak (45F - Cold Holding); Raw shrimp (45F - Cold Holding), out less than 30 minutes. Operator applied rapid cooling in freezer. Operator just finished lunch rush. Items retested at : Halibut (43F - Cold Holding); Raw chicken (43F - Cold Holding); Raw shrimp (43F - Cold Holding).
No handwash sink for employees at area with outside bar area. Operator has agreed to not use outside bar area.
