Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter held at 62 F at expo station cooler. Per operator, food not prepped or portioned today. Food stored in walk in cooler and brought to front expo line approximately 2.5 hours ago. Advised manager to move butter back to walk in cooler.
Food manager certification expired. All other managers' certificates expired.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At ice machines, hand wash sink blocked by electrical cords. Operator removed.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. At dish machine, containers wet nesting on shelf. At storage area, container wet nesting on shelf. Operator informed dishwasher to properly dry items before storing.
