Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed server station hand wash sink blocked by cart with tea canisters and trash can. Manager moved cart.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no quaternary test kit for three-compartment sink.
