Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Spoke with operator. She stated the walk in cooler stopped holding temperature this morning. They moved most TCS items to other coolers. Establishment currently has someone working on the unit to get it back to the correct holding temperature.
