Certified food manager unable to answer basic Food Code questions pertaining to safe operation of establishment. Observed : the manager in charge was unable to answer big 6 question. Posters will be emailed.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed : no quaternary ammonia test kit when quaternary ammonia is used at the 3 compartment sink for sanitizing.
No hot running water at three-compartment sink. Observed : no hot water at multiple sinks,(nothing over 79°)
