Employee washed hands then wore new gloves during time of inspection.

Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. To apply online or obtain an application for license visit http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/ plans on file 8-7-23 three compartment sink and hand washing sink is moved from opposite side of the kitchen. Plans show a extra hand washing sink in kitchen that is not existing at time of inspection. Mop sink is not shown on plans dry storage area is not shown on plans. In the dining room two hand washing sinks are by the bathroom not used for employees operation states used for customer hand washing. Hot warmer unit on table missing from Dining room. Service area is missing hot warmer unit on top of prep service table.
