Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. License currently displayed behind buffet line expired June 1, 2024. Chef stated he will print out up to date copy and replace.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No handwash sign provided in men's employee restroom in common area and big stall. Chef printed out new sign and hung in bathroom till hard plastic handwash sign can be ordered.
