What the inspector wrote — 4 findings
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee handled raw ground beef then clean utensils without washing their hands and changing gloves. Employee removed the utensils to be sanitized washed their hands and put on new gloves.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottles containing cleaning fluid stored next to clean pans on a shelf in the kitchen. Manager removed the bottles.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No choline test strips for the dish machine.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Wiping cloth sanitizer reading 00ppm quaternary. Owner replaced the sanitizer using chlorine new reading 100ppm chlorine.
