Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. At time of inspection chlorine dish machine sanitizer solution empty and dish machine at 0ppm. Operator replaced sanitizer and began priming the dish machine. At conclusion of inspection dish machine at 100ppm chlorine.
