Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. *Raw bacon stored over RTE bagels in reach in cooler
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. *hot scrambled eggs stored in reach-in cooler, wrapped with cling wrap was still at 115F at 1.5 hours. Was placed on top of sausage links prepared the previous day, bringing up the temperature of the sausage to 52F. Educated staff, suggest rapid chill.
This record follows the licence, not the owner. Restaurants change hands and the licence history normally does not, so an older entry may describe people who no longer run the place. Every inspection above links to the state's own report. Something wrong? Tell us.
