Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Box and bucket containing cleaning tablets stored on countertop near oven. Manager removed the chemicals to tablets from the countertop during this inspection.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. No cleanup plan for vomit and diarrhea available. Inspector provided manager a new copy during this inspection.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of unused ice machine heavily soiled with debris and/or mold-like substance.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. Two employees working in kitchen without proof of food handler training. One employee stated she has been employed at this location for approximately two years.
