Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed milk 46f and hard boiled eggs 47f in self service reach-in cooler on buffet line at establishment. Employee states both items have been in cooler for approximately 3 hours. Employee states items are discarded at the end of breakfast service. Employee removed both items from cooler during inspection to be discarded.
