Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink at side bar counter blocked by stool with equipment on it. Manager moved stool to provide access.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Ice cream scoop handles in contact with italian ices in right freezer unit at front counter. Manager moved scoops to properly store.
Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Container of single service plastic spoons on counter with handles not all same directions.
