Observed : in the left hand reach-in cooler in the kitchen: block cheese 44, cream cheese packs 44, block butter 44, the unit was recently serviced. The maintenance engineer came down to troubleshoot, and was instructed if after maintenance no change was visible, to call for a new unit.
