Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold holding: cream cheese 46 F, eggs topper with cheese 51 F, hard boiled eggs 52 F, butter 53 F, Per operator items were temped this morning at approximately 5:30 ranging from 38-42 F. Items were temped at time of inspection at 8:45 am. Operator relocated to freezer at time of inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Red bucket in handwash sink. Operator removed.
