Observed on the buffet line: Hard boiled eggs (51F - Cold Holding); Sliced cheese (51F - Cold Holding); Yogurt (48F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they had been out for approximately 3hrs and are routinely disposed of at that end of the 4hr breakfast.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed multiple chemical cleaners stored above food in the kitchen. Operator removed the cleaners.
