Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 25ppm. Establishment mainly uses three compartment sink for ware washing. Tested at 150ppm quatenary ammonium. Manager will keep using three compartment sink until unit is serviced
