Manager stated all items were placed in cooler at 6:30am. Cooler has an ambient temperature of 41F. Manager will place ice on items.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed soap dispenser not working properly at employee hand sink on cook line. Manager provided soap for employee hand sink.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed exterior door with light shining from outside at bottom of door.

Cooler has an ambient temperature of 45F. Manager stated that all TCS foods come from walk in and stand alone coolers. Placed in flip top cooler around 7am. Manager removed TCS items stored in cooler and placed ice under all TCS items on top of cooler.
