Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee at cookline handled personal drink, touched shirt, and began cleaning, then put on gloves and began handling cake pops. Inspector stopped employee and had them wash hands and put on new gloves before continuing to handle food.
