Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. During licensing inspection observed two compartment sink with a dishmachine. Dishmachine not working. No means of sanitation of dishes. Observed glass bowl inside dishwasher. Dishwasher was able to get to proper temperature during inspection. Temp on machine states 182 state issued thermometer internal temperature was 163.
Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. During inspection observed drain boards rust above three compartment sink.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
