Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed 2 doors standing reach freezer interior soiled.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop in bin not inverted. Employee moved to proper storage area at time of inspection

Garbage not placed in a receptacle for storage until pick up to make the garbage inaccessible to insects and rodents. Observed several garbage bags stored next to the dumpster.
Observed mop sink blocked by a reach in freezer.
Reach-in freezer interior have accumulation of soil residues, located near coffee station.
