Dead roaches on premises. Observed two dead roaches on floor of dry storage area. Manager had employee clean and sanitize the area.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth on bottom rack of prep table. Manager added cloth to sanitizer bucket.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
Ordered shut on the spot. 3 violations recorded, 2 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.
