Operator discussed with employee who then washed hands.

At reach in freezer; opened bag of raw chicken stored over storage container of raw fish. Operator moved raw chicken to bottom shelf.

Operator stated cheesecake cut/portioned at 10:30, at this rate will not reach 41F within 4 hours, moved to walk-in cooler to facilitate faster cooling.

Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Raw chicken nuggets over whole mushrooms in upright freezer on cook line, manager rearranged.
Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Based on plans approved in 2022 hand sink from front counter removed and hand sink from ware washing ( near three compartment sink ) area removed and installed on other side of the wall on cook line.
