In walk in freezer, open container of house portioned / bagged raw shrimp on shelf above case of ready to eat chili. Employee moved chili to top shelf and all shrimp to bottom shelves for proper separation.

Dishmachine reading 0ppm chlorine after 3 attempts...sanitizer barely pumping through unit. Kink in chemical line found and removed. Machine primed and now reading 100ppm chlorine.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Threaded hose bibb with attached hose under dish machine missing vacuum breaker.
