Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed mint leaves at bar reach in cooler with food storage containers using non-food grade paper towels.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed ceiling tiles and vents soiled at dish washing area and in front of ice machine.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice bucket upright,operator properly stored.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed shoes at prep table next to employee storage over ready to eat foods.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap at exterior door in kitchen area.
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee drink opened half empty with cap on in reach in cooler at prep area over ready to eat food.
Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Observed cut lemons at bar area with stickers still on lemons at reach in cooler.
