Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Goat cheese 51F was held on the counter above cook line, raw bacon 56F white refrigerator in rear of kitchen, operator stated that he had it out while cook ing bacon. Butter held on counter 63F. Operator placed food in refrigerator to cool. Food items left out less than 4 hours.
