Food, other than frankfurters, prepared on a hot dog cart. Sauerkraut, cooked onions, American cheese slices, lettuce, tomatoes I informed the operator all condiments must be prepared at the commissary and handed to the customers to put on their hot dogs/ ore cooked sausages..

Observed a person preparing and serving hot dogs other than the certified food manager.
