Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed : a pan in the dish wash machine area, hand wash sink. ALSO, at the bar, the far hand wash sink had multiple items in it. Items were being removed from each sink in question.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed : lack of soap and paper towels at the wait station hand wash sink. Soap and paper towels were added.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the cook line: Pattie sausage 47°. These were placed on a sheet pan, left uncovered in the lower cavity of the reach-in cooler.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the cutting the cook line cutting boards with cuts and stains. ALSO, the soda machine, diffuser and cone contact point has build up. Staff started to clean this item. **corrective action taken* And the soda guns at the bar are soiled. Along with the cook line reach-in freezer has an accumulation of food debris in the bottom of the unit.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed the ice tongs at the bar are in contact with the ice.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: multiple spray chemicals including window cleaner, stored at the bar next to gigglers. The gigglers were moved.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the can opener with dried food debris on the blade. ALSO, the soda guns at the bar are soiled and tea nozzles have buildup.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed: multiple hand wash sink in the kitchen and wait station that lacked easy access to wash hands. Staff removed a rack and moved another out of the way.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed: the dish wash machine would not drain, unable to test surface temperature of dishes with eco lab test strip retrieved from the kitchen office. There is a 3 compartment sink with quaternary amonia dispenser available for use.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed: the hand wash sink in the waiting room station was blocked by an added wire shelf. The shelf was adjusted to allow access.
No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed: the test strips were expired and did not react when tested.
Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed: 1 employee was expired for their certificate.
