Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chef counter table top:Tomatoes 50F, chicken 50F, beef 50F. Manager removed and put product in freezer to cool faster, Product was not in unit longer than 2 hours per manager. Cooler was functioning while inspection was being complete, it had come unplugged.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Bar hand sink had ice in it from drink.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Kitchen ceiling tiles has grease build up on them.
